Licensed since 2010, James is proud to be a Real Estate Broker at Norman Hill Realty Inc., a brokerage with such deep roots in real estate and family owned and operated since 1960. James grew up in King City Ontario and has a passion for Real Estate, and assisting Clients with various Real Estate needs, whether it’s guiding Landlords and helping them grow, to helping Sellers and Buyers meet their goals and getting them amazing results. He also owned a property management business for residential and commercial investment properties for 6 years. This experience helped fuel his specialization in residential, commercial and investment real estate throughout Toronto, the GTA and northern Ontario.
Over the past few years, James has been very successful in not only helping his clients invest & flip real estate, but renovating and flipping his own homes as well. He has completed all required tarion approved courses to become a licensed builder and is a bild part 9 Ontario building code course graduate.
With a wealth of knowledge from his own experiences, James is eager to assist you with all your real estate needs and will ensure a seamless, efficient and rewarding experience.
